Water Valuations
If you are transferring property that includes a water entitlement and need a valuation for Stamp Duty purposes, we are able to give an indicative value based on our database of recent sales — accurate water valuations derived from Government databases.
We charge $440 inc GST per Water Allocation/Water Licence, and we will answer and complete the valuation within 24 hours.
How it works — three simple steps
- Contact us — email valuations@qldwc.com.au with your name, phone and email. If possible, include the water allocation/licence details and the megalitres to be valued.
- Submit your documents — provide a copy of the water allocation/licence with the title reference number and megalitres to value.
- Receive your valuation — a detailed water valuation is emailed to you within 24 hours with an attached invoice due within 7 days.
