Water Valuations
If you are transferring property that includes a water entitlement and need a valuation for Stamp Duty purposes, we are able to give an indicative value based on our database of recent sales. If you require a water valuation for any purpose, QWC is able to assist.
At QWC we charge a flat rate of $440 inc GST per valuation of water. Additionally, we will answer and complete the valuation within 24 hours.

Transfer Duty & Stamp Duty

For further information regarding transfer duty on Water Allocations please follow this link to understand the differences in how transfer duty applies to the various ways you can own/access water. For example, a water permit is not a dutiable transaction as opposed to a Water Allocation registered in the Water Allocations Register.
